What Happens After You Connect

30-Day Hydration

Karnyx scans your last 30 days of calendar events to build an initial understanding of who you meet with, how often, and in what context. This hydration period means Karnyx has useful context from the very first meeting it captures -- not after weeks of use.

During hydration, Karnyx creates participant profiles for everyone in your recent meetings. You will see their name, role (when available), meeting frequency, and a timeline of your shared meetings.

Auto-Context Cards

Five minutes before each meeting, Karnyx surfaces a context card with everything you need to know:

• Who is attending and the last time you met with each person
• A summary of your previous discussions with recurring participants
• Open action items from prior meetings with the same group
• Key topics that were discussed in the last session
• Any relevant notes you have tagged for this person or project

Automatic Capture

Once your calendar is connected, Karnyx automatically detects when a meeting starts (based on your calendar events and audio activity) and begins capturing. You do not need to press any buttons. When the meeting ends, Karnyx processes the recording and delivers a summary within minutes.

Supported Calendar Platforms

Karnyx only reads your calendar events. It never creates, modifies, or deletes anything on your calendar. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.
