What Syncs Automatically

The integration maps Karnyx data to CRM concepts in a way that feels native to each platform:

  • Meetings become engagements or activities, logged on the correct contact, company, and deal records with AI-generated summaries and key topics.
  • Participants are matched to existing contacts or auto-created as new contacts with name, email, and company attribution pulled from calendar data.
  • Action items are converted to CRM tasks, assigned to the right rep, and associated with the relevant deal. Deadlines carry over automatically.

Getting Started

Setting up a CRM integration takes less than two minutes. Navigate to Settings, select Integrations, and choose your CRM. You will be guided through an OAuth authorization flow that grants Karnyx the minimum permissions needed to sync data. No API keys to manage, no webhooks to configure.

Once connected, you can configure which meetings sync (all, or only those matching specific calendar rules), what data is included (summaries, action items, sentiment), and how conflicts are resolved when a contact already exists. The sync begins immediately, and historical meetings can be backfilled on demand.
